Cancellation and Refunds
All registrant cancellation notices must be received in writing via events@foxrothschild.com. Refunds are subject to fees outlined below:
Now – October 6, 2023: $100 fee
After October 6, 2023: No refund
Refunds will be issued by check. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive any Summit materials.
Fox Rothschild reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any FAS-related event. In that case, Fox Rothschild shall refund to you all registration fees it has received from you for this event but shall have no further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. Accordingly, Fox Rothschild shall in no event have any liability to you and shall have no other obligation to you of any type except as expressly stated above. Such right of termination shall not be unreasonably exercised.
Registration Transfer
Registrations cannot be shared, but are transferable to a replacement from your company. Notice of transfer must be received by events@foxrothschild.com prior to the start of the conference.
Photo Release
By registering, you acknowledge that professional photographs taken during the conference may appear in print and online for promotional and other marketing-related reasons, and you agree to allow your photo/image to be used if captured.
